Message see that when cuts like that are made, the things that get cut are typically the things that should be getting funded (equipment, research, etc), and the the things that should be getting cut (BUREAUCRACIES) are held in place if not allowed to continue to grow. That's what is happening in the AF right now and it is disgraceful.
